Kerala State Women’s Forum - Dharshan

Kerala State Women’s Forum (Dharshan) is a network promoted by KSSF to organize and empower the women, and the women’s organizations of Kerala and to make them work on Gender Equity in Kerala society. It was named initially as Kerala State Women’s Confederation inaugurated on 23rd February 2002 and renamed as Kerala State Women’s Forum during October 2003. The confederation of the women’s federations of Diocesan societies was legally registered under the Travancore – Cochin Literary, Scientific, and Charitable Societies Act XII of 1955. Leadership training, News bulletin, Women’s Aid cell, Filing of Public Interest Litigation, Networking, Capacity and lobbying for gender issues of current relevance etc. are among the initiatives of Darshan.
